FASTEXCELv4 contains a virus?

I have seen a bunch of folks here use FastExcel, so thought I would give it a shot. downloaded the zip from decisionmodels.com, but when I hit install, this popped up. Anyone else get this?

"Sluggish" is what I am trying to fix!

I'm only running v3 so won't get that alert but it might be worth letting Charles Williams know what you see

Here's my dilemma. My windows defender is telling this has a virus. I can't see a way to safely open any email I might receive back from him. I guess I could include a link to this chain, and ask that he respond here.

His email address is a normal email address, it is nothing to do with the fastexcel program
