field names change upon refresh

Hi everyone,
I am not sure this is the right place as it might be excel related or not.
I am using clearify QQUbe to extract QuickBooks data into Excel. QQUbe creates aliases for field names. Upon a refresh, those aliases disappear.
The technicians at Clearify suggested I post on your forum for help.
