Filter out multiple items in Uniquee filter

Hello! I am currently trying to filter out Blanks, "Name" and "Contractor" from a list in another workbook. I only know how to filter out one value, which is blanks. How can I also filter out the other two criteria?

Hello! Thank you for your responses, what does "Data" represent? Is this the info in Column B from my cost and rate sheet? Or do I simply type "Data"?
