Filter using subtotal or countif question

I have database with 10000 clients which have any of 25 salepeople managing their own clients
I want to fllter 3 fields. 1) Salerep 2) Client 3)Date last sold

At present i use "subtotal(3,range,range)" and am able to select a salesperson and see their client list with date last sold as part of the list.
If I want to know how many clients from 2022, I have to use the dropdown and filter that manually.
I want to go furthur and break it down so that when a saleperson is selected, their client list shows total clients and count of clients from 2022 2021, 2020

Right now if i pick a salesperson and he has 500 clients, to see how many are from 2022 the dropdown might show 300, 2021 might show 150 and 2020 might show 50 doing it manually

I would like to able to pick a salesperson and have all the fields populated automatically showing total clients and a breakdown for each year at the top above the data table.
