Is there a way to filter a worksheet based on info from another worksheet without using a macro?

Ie if in worksheet 1 cell C87 >0 than col C and D imported to worksheet 2 col C/D; E87, G87 =0 not imported, I87>0 imported to worksheet 2 Col E/F.

I would like this to work in realtime rather than relying on someone running a macro.
