finding same data on another sheet but with exceptions

1) in the "raw data " tab, filtered for "c" in column o ("cancel") then copy and pasted to the "canceled" tab , and deleted those rows with "c" in the "raw data" tab

2) now what I'm left with are positions that look identical to the canceled rows , except obviously column O does not have "c" and the highlighted columns are opposite of the canceled rows (eg Column A has 841, the corresponding canceled rows has -841, bought/ sold indicator is B (for buy), corresponding canceled is row is S (for sell))


3) I need a macro or excel function where it scans the "raw data" for these corresponding positions and copies and pastes them to canceled tab


so the final result are four rows in the canceled tab
