Hello

So I have a table in one tab that has a column of dates. On a separate sheet I have calculations that need to be carried out on a monthly basis, meaning that all the rows of dates of a given month need to be included. I am using a sum formula with an INDIRECT formula to incorporate varying row numbers. But I need a separate formula to help me find the row number for the first instance that the particular month appears and the last one (or the first one of the next month and then minus 1 from that row as all the dates are in order.

I hope that makes sense and that you can help me here.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
I suppose not, just tested it out and was very happy with my results.
