Fiter function not bringing back all data

Hello Im using the filter function but something is wrong in the spill, its missing data, its only bringing back the first row complete. Can someone please help,

=FILTER(TTI!D36:M4600,TTI!$D36:D4600=B36,"NOT FOUND")

It should be four row of data,

The image you originally posted shows that there are 4 rows being returned.

Ok its working, I opologize, Im not sure hoq the font color was changed. But I checked and made shre all cells had black font and all the information appeard.
