Forecasting using an excel calculation to fill in monthly growth required to hit final month forecast

Does anyone know how to build a calculation that will trend a balance when you know the know the beginning balance (Mo1) and the ending balance (Mo13) and have a trend to track from prior years?

Any help is appreciated!

The overal growth for the year is 15% required, but this is not compounded.

Mo1 $2000.00 Mo13 $13,348.00; I know the companies over all trend is.....
