What is the keyboard shortcut to move the cursor directly to formula bar from a cell?

If i want to edit within the formula bar instead of in the cell, how can i do it? And how can i move back to within the cell from the formula bar?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Sort by date Sort by votes
F2 puts you in editing mode. If you have edit directly in cell checked under File > Options > Advanced, you will stay in the cell, but if you uncheck it, then it will put you in the formula bar.

To go from the formula bar to the cell, Ctrl+Enter.
