Formula for comparing dates for OTD Metrics

I am trying to create a formula for comparing column H to column I for OTD Metrics. H = Due Date and I = Receipt date. I would like it to state "Late" if the receipt date is past the due date or "on time" if the receipt date is on/or before the due date. There are 329 lines. Thanks!
