Formula for dynamic forecast

Hi all,
i would need your help.
I am searching for a formula to calculate the year to go amounts.
I do have several person working in the company, some stays the whole year, some others joins during the year till the end of the year and some others leave before the end of the year. How to calculate the remaining salary till the end of the year for the different cases?
Does anybody have an idea?
