Formula for reorder point with safety stock - inventory

Hi im stuck here with my formula and i do not know what to do next with this. i am trying to make a monitoring for my inventory about
avoiding on running low on supplies and i just browse to google and stumbled upon the reorder point with safety stock.
can someone help me with this as i need this badly. thanks!
