So I have a formula =IF(CI128=CI125,MAX(CF114:CH114),IF(CI128=CI124,MEDIAN(CF114:CH114),IF(CI128=CI123,MIN(CF114:CH114)))) and it brings me back a number from a cell either CF114, CG114 OR CH114 depending which cell CI128 matches with, My question is I don't actually want it to bring CF114, CG114, OR CH114, I want it to bring the text from the cell directly above it.
So below is my sheet sorry I don't know how to do the mini sheets to make it easier The Red text cell has the formula in it and the formula brings back the number 165.76 from the cell with the blue text, But I actually want where the red text is to say "Urea" from the cell directly above the blue text cell, thanks in advance if anyone can help me out

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
You could try using INDEX as below
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(CF113:CH113,MATCH(IF(CI128=CI125,MAX(CF114:CH114),IF(CI128=CI124,MEDIAN(CF114:CH114),IF(CI128=CI123,MIN(CF114:CH114)))),CF114:CH114,0))
