Hi,

I am meeting a funny situation where there is a formula in AB that I can see, and it works fine, but when the other staff member opens it, she cannot see a result. She gets #NAME?. Is there something that I did to the file that causes this or can we save it differently?

Which version of Excel is she using?
As you can see here (IFS function), the IFS was recently introduced and only available of newer versions of Excel. If she does not have one of the versions listed, she will get those errors.

You're co-worker is probably using an older version of Excel which doesn't have the IFS function.
That said, there is no need to use IFS you can just use
Excel Formula:
=IF(AA2<>"",AA2+32,"")

The IFS formula is only available on 'Excel for Microsoft 365 Excel for Microsoft 365 for Mac Excel for the web Excel 2019 '
Is your colleague on an older version?

Ill have to ask her. The thing is all the other functions in the sheet work. only that one is throwing an error.

IFS is a new function. The other ones used in the worksheet probably aren't.
Fluff posted a workaround that you can use instead of your IFS function that will do the same thing, but not cause errors for the other user.

Thank you. You were right. I fixed it. And there was one more just like you suggested. IFS was the issue.
