Formula on how to extract datas to move to another sheet based on conditional statement

Hope you could help me, I wanted to transfer information from one sheet to another to answer the condition that I want. This is table one below on sheet 1.

What is the formula extracting datas from Sheet 1 to Sheet 2 based from the information for Client 111 from starting date to Ending Date.

The result would be like this.

Client No. 111 Starting Date 20/07/15 - 30/07/15
