Hello again, I received fantastic help with a formula previously to check a date range. I'm trying to apply this but changing the date/month range and the value it should look for. So this worked:
=COUNTIFS('Insp Data'!O4:O2974,">=" & 45139,'Insp Data'!O4:O2974,"<="& 45169,'Insp Data'!P4:P2974,"A persons name")
New range:
=COUNTIFS('Insp Data'!N2:N3000,">=" & 45078,'Insp Data'!N2:N3000,"<="& 45107,’Insp Data’!J2:J3000,”Compliant”) which returns the #NAME? error. Help much appreciated thanks.

You have the wrong type of quotes around Compliant. They should be vertical rather than sloping.
