Hi, I have an odd problem I am trying to solve and tried to simplify it as much as I can. I have a spreadsheet with >2,000 rows that I would like to search from and on a new sheet return a summarized version of that data. Essentially I would like to return one line of each Product either with the most recent sold or randomly (doesn't have to be random can be first line if easier, just need to show product has never been sold) picking one if there has not been any sold (C=blank). I included a screengrab of a simplified version of my problem with the highlighted rows what I would like to have return in the new sheet. Anyone know if this is possible?

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=LET(s,SORT(A2:C10,3,-1),r,ROWS(s),FILTER(s,MMULT((SEQUENCE(r)>=SEQUENCE(,r))*(INDEX(s,,2)=TOROW(INDEX(s,,2))),SEQUENCE(r,,,0))=1))
