Good day,

Please help me to write a formula for the following condition.

26-Nov-2021 to 19-Oct-2023 = 1 Years, 10 Months.

The result should be 0.5 Years, 5 Months.

Thanks in advance.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
To me, it would make more sense to report the difference as "0 years, 11 months" instead of "0.5 years, 5 months". If you agree, here is the formula to do that...
Excel Formula:
=LET(d,DATEDIF(A1,A2,"m")/2,INT(d/12)&" years, "&MOD(d,12)&" months")

Hi Rick,

Yes, it makes sense. Thanks for your time looking into this.
