Hello,

I have tried a few formulas (index match with count if) But I cannot seem to get the results I am looking for.

I have a list of areas that I would like unique values transposed horizontally (see below picture)

Any help would be appreciated ( I think I am missing something in my formula attempts)

Thank you!

Could I suggest that you take a look at the forum Guidelines, particularly 5.a.So in future, trying to avoid such a drawn-out process of incremental changes:

Hi Peter,

I understand and always try to articulate my questions to the best of my ability but in this particular case a user had enlightened me on a method I had not considered and would be more efficient, so in turn it resulted in a few more questions. I apologize this particular question was drawn out but I do appreciate the additional knowledge these users graciously provided. As I continue to expand my own knowledge I will do better in considering more possibilities and therefor articulate my questions better in the future. Thank you all again for your help.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
