Vendor has sent the employee timesheet entering the Month-Year (Cell address C1), signed on(on boarding) (C9:C42), sign in (D9:D42) and sign out dates (E9:E42)
The salary cycle is 26th of the current month and 25th of the next month.
1st Ask - Vendor must select the data from drop down list to enter the Signed on, Sign in date and Sign out date to avoid typo or other potential errors. (Note - There will be OB included in the Sign out date field)
2nd Ask - Is there a way to Auto populate date Columns? If yes, then the number of columns should be exactly same as the number of days between 26th of the current month and 25th of the next month.
3rd Ask - The following legends should trigger in the cells F9:AJ42
Work on Schedule = WS
Off Day = OD
Signed On = SO
Stand By = SB
On Board = OB
4th Ask - Cell AK9 should show the number of days On Board.
5th Ask - Sr. Number cell A9:A42 should be dynamic (irrespective of deletion or addition of rows, the numbers should be in ascending order)
PS: The employees are working in the oilfield. Once the employee reaches the oilfield, it refers to Signed On
When the Sign out date shows OB, the employee is still there on the oilfield
