cell contains a date, example 9/1/2023 1:43
the column has many dates in this format but all different actual dates throughout the year spanning a few years
need formula that determines which week of the year the date falls into, the year having 52 weeks

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
can you tell me how to put that in? that is some wild stuff! i may not be smart enough to do this

You have formula to copy from my above post #2. Just copy and use it. All you might need is to change the cell address where date is...

Try and revert
