Formula to strickthrough after 3 checked checkboxes in a row.

Hi there,

I am an ABA (Applied Behavior Analyst) therapist and I am wondering if there is a formula to stikethrough the lesson mastered after 3 consecutive checked checkboxes?

So let's say they are learning to label a ball...

DATE. Jan 27. Jan 28. Jan 29
Ball. Checked. Checked. Checked

So in this instance I'd like Ball to have a strikethrough after ther third day in a row with a YES.
