Formula to work out next workday after date

Hi just cant get this formula correct.
I need to check a date in a cell then work out the next workday, I have a list of holiday dates in a list.

=WORKDAY(EndDate,1,Holiday)

EndDate is the cell that contains the date and is a Range and is on a different sheet and Holiday is the list of the holiday dates.

I end up with #VALUE as the result.

If you select the Holiday dates & change the format to General, do all the dates become 5digit numbers?

Yes they do, it works if remove the holiday part.

Pls provide an image/screenshot to see what happenned.

This is result without the holiday, but the dates for testing the Monday is a holiday so need take that into account

In that case can you post some sample data including the holiday list.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.

Also how is the named range for the holiday list defined?

Another thing, does your holiday range include formulas that return ""

Ok worked it out in my list of Holidays 1 date has yet to be set, so it had TBA I removed that it worked.
