Gantt in Excel

Hi everyone,

can you please help me? I was trying to create a Gantt in Excel following this tutorial "
" but I can't make the formulas work.
here is a screenshot of my file:

I need to add two different formulas:
1. the first one to highlist where "today" is in the table. According to the video, the formula should be: =H$6=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(), -2) + 1) but Excel says that's not a formula. Min 10.34 of the Youtube video.
2. second formula I'd like to add is the one for the Gantt bars.

What am I missing??

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
