getting the percentage of two rows in pivot table

I'm new to excel and I'm trying to get the percentage of two data in a pivot table but it shows #DIV/0!. Anyone can help me? thank you.

clearly 4 divide by 4 is 1 and not error
so the second 4 is a zero

what is your formula in the calculated field ?

here's my formula ='M S First Contact Res'/'Interaction ID'

I'm trying to explore this kind of method aside from using =g9/h9 formula.

Thank you for your help, I finally have a glimpse on how calculated field works. I copied the data from the pivot and paste it to other sheet and I used pivot table on it. calculated field is working now.
