Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
clearly 4 divide by 4 is 1 and not error
so the second 4 is a zero

what is your formula in the calculated field ?

copy the interaction id, open a new spreadsheet, paste it into A1, widen the column a bit, is the number on right or left of cell A1

Thank you for your help, I finally have a glimpse on how calculated field works. I copied the data from the pivot and paste it to other sheet and I used pivot table on it. calculated field is working now.
