I hope someone can help me with the formula. I am creating a google sheet to outline task in gantt chart.
see link: The Power In You Unlimited - Projects Timeline

I have everything set up, but for the life of me, I can't get the formula to work to show the bars.
Conditional formula =AND(H$4>=$D6,H$4<=F$6)
But I also would like the bars color coded based on the category.

I hope someone can help me out on this. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
You references look wrong, should it be
=AND(H$4>=$D6,H$4<=$F6)
If Sheets is anything like Excel, then you will need to create a rule for each colour.

For the different colours you will need to use something like
=AND($D7="High Risk", I$4>=$E7,I$4<=$G7)
