Google Sheets - add image to data point on chart?

A colleague has asked me to create something like this:
, but in Google sheets. It's very simple to do in Excel (copy an image, select data point, Ctrl+V to paste teh image which then get's used as the data point "marker), but I can't figure out how to add the image to the "picture" data point in the bar chart using Google Sheets?

Is this even possible in Google Sheets??
