Google Sheets highlighting based on list of words

I have 2 columns A & B

A has a list of 100 names of companies

B has a list of 10 companies

What custom formula formula can I use to ensure all companies from Column B will be highlighted in Column A (if they are found)?

countif()
providing the names are identical

countif($B$2:$B$11,A2)>0
based on the names being in cells B2 to B11
and the names in A starting at A2

for 2007, 2010 , 2013 , 2016 , 2019 or 365 Subscription excel version

Highlight applicable range >>
A2:A101 - Change, reduce or extend the rows to meet your data range of rows

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=countif($B$2:$B$11,A2)>0

Format [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK

This was supposed to be for Google Sheets not Excel?
