Google Sheets - Named ranges automatically sorting to alphabetical?

Hi,

I have some google sheets which link to another system, the third party system picks up the data based on the named ranges in the file, however, they have to be in a particular order otherwise it doesn't pick them up correctly. This never used to be an issue, however, recently any new ones I'm creating Google automatically changes them to alphabetical order - any idea how I stop this as none of my sheets will work anymore;

Example of an old file that works fine;

And then the new file I'm creating, the Cube!_Version keeps automatically being sorted alphabetically, in order for to read into our system it needs to swap positions with the WeekYear

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I'm confused - the names in the first picture are also sorted alphabetically, so I don't see what has changed?
