I want to create graph of following values.takin following valus on(range) x-axis.as my all values lies between 0 to 1.
here Im givin 1000 values
the value suppose 0.485 comes 60 times so it should hit 60 on y-axis.

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Put all values in column A with a header in A1, (called eg "Value")
Do a pivot table with value as the row field,, and count of value as the data. Press F11 to get the chart.

Another way might be to:

- put values in column A
- put COUNTIF formulas in column B to count occurrences of corresponding value in A
- plot them in chart


Yet another way might be to:

- put values in column A
- put them also in column B
- make sure Analysis Toolpak is installed
- make a histogram with the input values in A and bin ranges in B
