Hey Guys,

I have a bar chart with an x-axis that identities employee names. The range of cells selected for employee names is 15. I want this chart to be dynamic which if I only have 10 employees entered (while range of cells selected is still 15) the bar chart would change accordingly. However, it shows a zero value on the x-axis when the cell is blank, not showing employee name. What are the correct settings to do this where the values are not shown and the chart expands when I add employees to the blank cells?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
You would need to add =NA() to the spots that are blank/0. Maybe create a helper column to achieve this.
