I have been able to create a pivot table with the above data including slicers from 17/1/2017 to 28/1/2017. My last date is 28/1/2017 . How to include tomorrow's date (29/1/2017) and future dates in my pivot table . How to do it automatically.

Thanks

Regards

rakesh

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
don't know if this would work. On your data page you might set all your future dates and then have a workbook macro unhide rows a day at a time, your data then should reveal daily levels set by you, you'll need a refresh in there

thanks

let's say for example i have selected a date range from 1/1/2017 to 12/1/2017. I have created my pivot table. It works fine. Here is my problem. on 13/1/2017 my date and data for that particular will now appear in pivot table. If i want to make the date and data for 13/1/2017 appear in the pivot table i will have to select date range 1/1/2017 to 13/1/2017 to make 13/1/2017 appear in the pivot table. Each time i have to do that for any next date. Can you help on this please.i want to do it auntomatically as soon as i insert the date and data pivot table updates it automatically

Thanks

did you try setting your data range to greater than now?

hiding the rows you don't want then refreshing the pivot

I understood what you wanted the first time, just not 100% sure that works, and I'm not creating a set up I don't need
