I need help, please, to adapt this formula

=SUMIFS(WorkH;LoginH;D73;Date;"<=26/09/2021")

to this

=SUMIFS(WorkH;LoginH;D73;Date;"<=""J3")

I need to put data is less or equal to date in cell J3

=SUMIFS(WorkH,LoginH,D73,Date,"<="&J3)
