Help please scraping or otherwise dynamic web pages with PQuery not vba

Hi - I am trying to obtain data from this site - it is all freely available and can be downloaded in csv but the files only have links to dynamic web pages from which I need to extract the data like this.

The idea thereafter being to link occupations - skills etc

Can anyone help please??
