Help with SUM function concatenating range

I’ve been attempting to enter a formula into a cell that returns the sum of a column where the range changes. The lower range limit is constant (F33); the larger limit changes. I have another cell that returns the Row number of the larger limit. The cell with the Row number (H29) has a range name (LastPmtRow).

As example: I want to Sum(F33:F88)

I was unsuccessfully trying something like:
=Sum(“F33:F” & Range("LastPmtRow").Value).Select))
Or
=Sum(“F33:F” & H29)

I'm still interested in an answer to my question. However, I created a workaround using separate range names for each. It works but is a bit cumbersome.

=sum(f33:index(f:f,h29))
