Help with Sumproduct syntax!!!

What I want from the formula below is for it to the count the total number of times the pairs of values ($H & $I, $J & $K, $L & $M, etc) appears in the file 'Master'! and if it is equal to $b$5, for it to return a value of "x":

=IF(SUMPRODUCT(('MASTER'!$H$5:$H$49=$C5),--('MASTER'!$I$5:$I$49=$D5)+

('MASTER'!$J$5:$J$49=$C5),--('MASTER'!$K$5:$K$49=$D5)+

('MASTER'!$L$5:$L$49=$D5),--('MASTER'!$M$5:$M$49=$E5)+

('MASTER'!$N$5:$N$49=$D5),--('MASTER'!$O$5:$O$49=$E5)+

('MASTER'!$P$5:$P$49=$C5),--('MASTER'!$Q$5:$Q$49=$E5)+

('MASTER'!$R$5:$R$49=$C5),--('MASTER'!$S$5:$S$49=$E5),--('MASTER'!$AB$5:$AB$49='MASTER'!$B$5)),"x","")


While I don't get an error message, however it doesn't return "x"
