How do I add to this SUMPRODUCT formula to calculate salaries for the criteria already mentioned?

This is my current formula:

=SUMPRODUCT((Table1[[#All],[Directorate]]=Summary!C3)*(Table1[[#All],[Hire Date]]<=Summary!$A$1)*((Table1[[#All],[Termination Date]]>=Summary!$A$1)+(Table1[[#All],[Termination Date]]="")))

The column containing the salary data is BO. I don't know the correct syntax structure to incorporate this.

At the moment, this formula is counting the number of employees in a specific division. In a corresponding cell, I'd like it to give me the total salary for those people. Thanks.
