In this VBA I need to underline the row below the row that has the number "2" in it.

Here is what I have:
Selection.FormatConditions(1).StopIfTrue = False
Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlExpression, Formula1:="=$H6=""2"""
Selection.FormatConditions(Selection.FormatConditions.Count).SetFirstPriority
With Selection.FormatConditions(1).Borders(xlBottom)
.LineStyle = xlContinuous
.TintAndShade = 0
.Weight = xlThin

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Welcome tothe forum,
Try this:
VBA Code:
Sub test()
lastrow = Cells(Rows.Count, "H").End(xlUp).Row
inarr = Range(Cells(1, 8), Cells(lastrow, 8))
For i = 2 To lastrow
 If inarr(i, 1) = 2 Then
    With Range(Cells(i + 1, 8), Cells(i + 1, 8)).Borders(xlBottom)
    .LineStyle = xlContinuous
    .TintAndShade = 0
    .Weight = xlThin
    End With
 End If
Next i
End Sub
