I have a report that I wish to populate some text boxes at run time using VBA. I tried the following:
Code:
   Me.txtSupport1.Value = supportCodesRecSet.Fields("nNumericCode")

I keep getting an error message #2248, "You can't assign a value to this object"
I tried the code in both the report open and the detail format print events.Advice would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Maybe the textbox is bound when it should be unbound?
