How do I make the statement above as a formula in Excel?

Out of 100 people, gene X is present in one in 30 people. Gene Y is present in 2% of people.

It is very rare to have anyone with both gene X and gene Y at the same time…we’ll call the result where both genes are present gene Z. Is it possible to predict the likely % out of 100 that Z is? For instance how many time out of 100 you might see Z?

I hope that makes sense

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
The percentage would be:

Excel Formula:
=(1/30)*(2/100)*100
