Just to be sure for the ascending question I did =SORT(B2:B51,1) to ascend the unsorted list. For the third question I have used =COUNTIF to find out the duplications in the second column then removed the duplications. I am unsure with the last question though. I have attached the question so you know what I am talking about. I am attached the questions so you know what I am talking about. Any help is appreciated!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You could change your sort formula to include the filter function to filter out non blank cells

Welcome to the MrExcel Message Board!

Cross-posting (posting the same question in more than one forum) is not against our rules, but the method of doing so is covered by #13 of the Forum Rules.

Be sure to follow & read the link at the end of the rule too!

Cross posted at: How to add numbers to the bottom of the list in the column and have the subsequent columns
If you have posted the question at more places, please provide links to those as well.

If you do cross-post in the future and also provide links, then there shouldn’t be a problem.

Thanks for the answer. I think the only issue I have is to be able to add numbers to the bottom of the list in the column and have the subsequent columns update if that makes sense. I think it is asking if I need to display only unique values?

Rather than using B2:B51 you can use B2:B100 (or similar) & then filter out the empty cells.
