how to calculate date ini and date fin based on a date

Hi i have in A1="2019/12/13" the spected result on B1="2019/11/01" and in C1="2019/11/30"

B1=Date Intial (A1) subtract 1 month,
C1=Date End (A1) subtract 1 month,

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Maybe you can use these 2 formulas:

in cell B1

in cell C1
VBA Code:
=EOMONTH(A1,-1)
