How to combine column a cell contents with column b cell contents?

Hi everyone,
having in a a series of values in a cell, and in b other values (the number of cells with values can be variable), there is a way to have in C a list with all the possible combinations between a and b, perhaps with one textual space in between?

hi, I need to be able to create all the combinations and not just that of row 1, therefore row 1 with row 2, row 1 with row 3, etc.
How can it be done? Thank you
