Okay, now I got a List which is generated from SAP system and stated all comic books which selling in my company. Eg: Item Barcode, Item Description, Volume, Price and etc.

Some comics have different price in different volume, that is very inconvenient to check them all the time in SAP, so I wondering if I can use these info from above to create an automated excel order form which will auto fill in the selling price for each single volume? (This company is using the old manner by manual writing :(

I tried to use "=vlookup" to get the price but there looks quite complicated and unnecessary if most of the volumes are selling the same price. Is that possible to do a simple summarized like, Naruto #1 - 10 $13.00 then Naruto #11 - 15 $16.00 ?

Please help if you got any idea to solve this. Thanks.

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
