Hi All,

Below is an example of 5 records for my staff records I have to analyse each month. I would have over 1000 records each month. I would need to track the monthly overall staff count for the organization and analyze different charts on it. How can I best present this graphically.

When I try to present this using a line chart, its simple and shows the total. I've only included one manager's name below. In reality I would have more than 10 managers. I would like the data to be easily sliced in a graphical/chart format where I can show the total staff count, even may be have a way to show it by managers and later if possible position type.

I tried using stacked bar chart but that would lead too much of data in one smaller confined chart. Is there a better way to present this?

Thank you,

Are there multiple positions in the same location(s)? You probably can do things with maps, sliced by manager.
can you post some more anonymized data regarding names, but realistic locations so folks can play around with things for you?
the xl2bb add in can help greatly, see the link below...

Yes, there are multiple positions in the same location. Please find attached the sheet in XL2BB format.

I would like it to be displayed by position and reporting manager. I like the idea on the location map. How can we do that in excel?

Is it possible to add an excel slicer for this, but for the slicer to show up on a different page?

Thank you
