How to sum a bunch of the same formulas down columns?

Good morning,
Is there any way to save time on this kind of formula?

@ Cell G165
Excel Formula:
=(J15*C15)+(J16*C16)+(J17*C17)+(J18*C18)...+(J164*C164)

I want to multiply two cells in the same row together, then add that value to the same function just one row below it - then so on for 100+ rows.

How about
Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(C15:C164,J15:J164)
