Sub Export
Dim WB1 As Workbook
Dim WB2 As Workbook

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=WB2.Sheets("Wally world").Range("P6"), FileFormat:=xlXMLSpreadsheet

I got the part to save as that specific cell value but how do I save to a specific path location as well? Thanks.

End Sub

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Where is the path location (on the sheet)? If you want to hardcode the path, then you could just do:

VBA Code:
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="C:\testfolder\" & WB2.Sheets("Wally world").Range("P6").Value, FileFormat:=xlXMLSpreadsheet
