IF question

Hi, I got some help from here a few days ago, now I need help with another formula.

Basically what I need is day count in column J:
IF column I is blank: Networkdays H and $B$1
IF column I has a date: Networkdays H and I

For instance Row 3 would be =networkdays(h3,B1)
Row 4 would be=networkdays(h4,I4)

=networkdays(H3,if(I3="",B$1,I3))

=NETWORKDAYS(H3,if(I3>0,I3,B1))
