If value >0 return User(s)

Hi All,

I have a table that looks something like:-

A	B
Jon
Steve	1
Craig	2
Mike

I want to return to a single cell all the names of the people who have a number next to there name.

Example result. "Steve Craig"

Played around with ifs but its not quite working for me, any pointers?
